  3. If you want to change address after we have dispatched your parcel, you have to contact the Courier Agency with the designated tracking information which we have provided, and change the delivery to your specific requirement.

Once you have filled the accurate and valid information at the account registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the email ID you have provided. A link will be provided on the said email address which will activate your account once you have clicked and opened.

If there had been a mishap to your order during delivery, such as the product being lost or damaged during the process of delivering the good to you, we urge our customers to contact us immediately through aftersale@ydtrading.co.uk. PAYMENT INFORMATION

YD Merchandise Trading does not charge a handling fee from its customers as all the costs allocated towards delivering the purchase to the customer is accumulated in the delivery fee. Therefore, there will not be a separate handling fee for its transactions unless it is a special delivery. If it is a special delivery the company will notify you prior to initiating the delivery.
