In the case of an unsatisfactory or wrong product is delivered, YD Merchandise Trading stands firmly on the aspect of ensuring customer satisfaction. You can contact us at aftersale@ydtrading.co.uk at your earliest convenience.

With wrong, expired or faulty item delivery, we will rearrange delivery and pay for a return label for you to return the item which is wrong, expired or faulty. If you don’t want a replacement, we are happy to fully refund you once we receive our returned item.
